- Only one machine can be purchased against one trade in machine.
- Trade-in savings only apply to a product within the same machine category as the one traded in.
- Trade-in is strictly only for usual retail-priced items, and not applicable with any other promotions.
- Complimentary gift offered is not exchangeable for cash.
- In the event of customer requesting return of the purchased Eligible Product, the request is subjected to Dyson’s return’s policy and only the invoice price collected from the customer at the time of the purchase will be refunded to the customer.
